Christmas Event

Children and adults flocked to the Christmas event to enjoy festive foods including mince pies, chocolate treats and, delicious finger foods.  Children listened entranced to the story telling, while adults and children learned how to make door wreaths from moss, pine cones, and natural grasses.  The card making activity also went down a storm, as did the children’s activities – the leader urging adults to join in the ‘Simon says’.  Throughout  a lively disco with all the old favourite Christmas songs provided singalong opportunities.  The Co-op kindly donated colouring books and pencils for the children as a take home gift.
